Curtis L. Carlson School of Management
U of M's Carlson School of Management offers students the ability to combine an interest in management with one in healthcare administration. The school's dual degree setup, which is actually in place for several different programs, produces graduates who are more articulate in advanced corporate management and healthcare policy. With full CAHME and AACSB accreditation, the Carlson School of Management gives students the foundation they need to seek either a rewarding healthcare administration position or admission to a doctoral program in business that builds on their master's-level education and research. Classes are taught by professors with a doctorate in either business or a health-related field for maximum rigor and insight throughout the program.
Master of Healthcare Administration / Master of Business Administration
The MHA program discussed within the School of Public Health is offered in identical fashion as part of the MHA/MBA dual degree program. St. Thomas' Opus College of Business is one of the largest private, AACSB-accredited schools of business in the state of Minnesota.
